Exploring The Fifth Season Of The Supergirl Series To Educate About The Risks Of The Metaverse

The Guide is tasked with guiding social transformations. This is not done through interference that disrespects the individuality and privacy of the subject, nor through the imposition of rules. The objective of the research is to explore the fifth season of the series Supergirl in search of warning signs to educate young people about the risks of the Metaverse. Today's youth live primarily based on social media, speed, and the need for immediate access to information in a global context. In this sense, thefifth season of the series "Supergirl" (Superman's cousin), starring Melissa Benoist, aired between 2019 and 2020, produced by DC for Warner Bross, dealt during 19 episodes with all the existential, interpersonal, social, and familial consequences of the imposition of the metaverse as an almost substitution of real life, through lenses that connect it to that "reality." Through a hermeneutic interpretation of the series, premises are obtained to help carry out this educational process of alertness about the Metaverse as a diction using the figure of the hero, present throughout humanity as an inspirer of emotions.
